Well, we finally had a decent weekend to venture outside the house. When it was SO cold, the dogs hated to be outside, I hated to be outside and finally the temps are starting to moderate some. And it is only going to get better (I hope!). So outside we go!

We decided to spend some adult time away from the farm for a few hours. Checked out the new movie release "Ghost Rider" with Nicholas Cage, Eva Mendes, Sam Elliot and others. It was a good movie with great graphics. We feel that there will be another "Ghost Rider" to follow due to the interesting ending. However, I would suggest that with today's prices of going to the theater, I would wait until it is out on DVD. We gave it thumbs up, though!

We went out to eat afterwards to a place called Prairie Bay which is located in Baxter. Good food but VERY EXPENSIVE. You know those dishes you see on the cooking channels with the Chefs that go to Culinary School......that is the dish to expect at this restaurant. If you ever go bring LOTS of money.
