The photo you see of this Albino Whitetail Fawn was taken by some one in Wisconsin. The story behind the baby is that it was in the road and only a few hours old. They said that the Momma was no where. Then the people picked the baby up and brought it to a Rehab Center. Here is the scoop on this....where ever a fawn may be, believe me when I say that the Momma is always near. She just can't be seen. The only other thing that may have happened is that the Doe may have been injured by a car and was able to get into the woods deep enough. She may have died from those injuries. I am hoping that she was successful in crossing the road, ran deep into the woods and is just waiting for her little one to catch up.

February Quote
To often we under estimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around

To be interested in the changing seasons is a happier state of mind than to be hopelessly in love with Spring.

Look back on our struggle for freedom, trace our present day's strength to it's source; And you'll find that man's pathway to glory is strewn with the bones of a horse.

Quote of the Day
Without leaps of imagination, or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming, after all, is a form of planning.
